At that point, I had no idea what to do—no shower, no resolution, and it was cold outside. By 11 AM, we checked out and escalated the issue to a higher-level manager. Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive. She claimed the technician had fixed the problem and that the water temperature was now considered normal for the shower. We were shocked by her response—how could the technician have fixed the problem when we had been watching them in the bathroom? She was lying to us. There was no apology, compensation, or offer of any solution. She seemed to trust the technician over the paying customers. We will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
