The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between pathological gambling addiction and psychological symptoms, impulsivity and self-control in adults. The population of the study consists of individuals between the ages of living in TRNC. The data were analyzed with the SPSS In this study, it was concluded that there was a statistically significant and negative relationship between individuals' gambling addiction scores and self-control scores. However, there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between individuals' gambling addiction scores and psychological symptom and Barrat impulsivity scale scores. In addition, while there was a positive, weakly significant relationship between gambling addiction and the motor impulsivity and attentional impulsivity of the Barrat impulsivity scale, a negative and weakly significant relationship was found between it and the non-planning subscale. The study also concluded that there is a statistically significant and negative relationship between individuals' self-control scores and psychological symptom and Barrat impulsivity scale scores.
