Our 1 bedroom deluxe harbour view apartment had a luxury feel and the view was a treat. We made great use of being so close the opera house and directly adjacent to the harbour ferries. Loads of great restaurants metres from the hotel, but all I wanted to do was sit on the balcony and watch time pass by so I had room service the two nights I was there. Food was superb, albeit the first night it took 1 and a half hours for it to Who Owns The Star Casino Sydney after 30 mins was quoted some lame excuse about taking the wrong room number down - whatever but to their credit they did not charge me for that meal without me even having to ask for a refund. No issues the next night. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds that I have had in a very long time. One issue, cockroaches, I counted 4 whilst I was sitting on the balcony coming up from below restaurants and one got into the room which I managed to catch and put back outside.
